The parameter whitelist only allowed the Ceph releases available on
the node handling the request. The shell endpoints are not proxied to
the target node though, they run the command there over SSH, while
the installation wizard offers the releases that the target node
reports as installable. If both nodes differ in architecture or
Proxmox VE major version, the wizard could thus offer a release that
the whitelist rejected, for example Squid for an amd64 node when the
web interface is served by an arm64 node.
Allow every known release instead. pveceph on the target node still
refuses releases it cannot install. This also avoids querying the
host architecture through dpkg whenever the API module gets loaded,
for example on every pvesh invocation.
